This is another pretty day we hear all kinds of Rumor "Grab Vein" about us going "Home" and about our coming of pay day in a few days we are doing our regular Routine of duty and also have a Inspection of Arms Blanket and Canteen Hustead christopher Lewis Burke Hanon and Daugherty are on the Sick List!

 

This is another pretty day. We hear all kinds of rumors [through the] grape vine about us going home and about our coming pay day in a few days. We are doing our regular routine of duty and also have an inspection of arms, blankets and canteens. [Frank] Hustead, [Frank] Christopher, [Charles] Lewis, [Charles] Burke, Hannan and [Homer] Daugherty are on the Sick List.
