Weather fine but verry hot all day went to town at 4 am and brought out some fresh Meat and Bread Captain went to town but returned in the Evening every thing is quiet along the line Taps blow at 7 pm on the line at 8 pm I drove in to the City where every thing seems quiet

 

The weather is fine but very hot. I went to town at 4 p.m. and brought out some fresh meat and bread. The Captain went to town but returned. In the evening everything is quiet along the line. Taps blows at 7 p.m. On the line at 8 p.m., I drove in to the city where everything seems quiet.
