The Sea has been rough all Night all the Canvas had to be taken down we could scarcely stay on Deck long anough to get our Meals each time we got soaking wet as the Swels came clear over the Boast I was seasick with so many others the Guard on Deck where taking off during the Night

 

The sea has been rough all night. All the canvas had to be taken down. We could scarcely stay on deck long enough to get our meals. Each time we got soaking wet as the swells came clear over the boat. I was seasick with so many others. The guard on deck was taken off during the night.
